Admission Schedule

1. Form Availability

From 1st January 2026 onwards (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
2. Form Submission

Within 5 days of purchase (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
3. Admission Formalities

Within 3 days of confirmation (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Note: Admissions to other classes (except nursery) are subject to seat availability created by transfers or drop-outs. Check school notice board for updates.

Admission Process

Registration Form

Collect the registration form from the school office on payment of Rs. 500/-

Duly Filled Form

Submit the form with necessary documents within five days after the confirmation of admission.

Formalities & Fees

Complete admission formalities including payment of fee within three working days after confirmation.

Documents Required at Admission

For Nursery

Original Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation)
Age Criteria: 3 years in the month of April 2026
Aadhar Card of Mother and Father
Latest colored passport size Photos of child, mother and father

For L.K.G. Onwards

School Bonafide Certificate (D.O.B. verified by the Principal)
Permanent Education Number (PEN No.) - Mandatory from Class II
Aadhar Card and latest colored Photos of Child, Mother and Father
Transfer certificate of previous school (at time of admission)

School Fee & Payment Rules

School fees shall be paid by the 10th day of every calendar month. If it falls on a holiday, payment is due next working day.
A fine of Rs. 50/- shall be charged for the corresponding month if not paid by the 10th day.
If unpaid for two consecutive months, the student's name will be struck off from the rolls without notice.
Re-admission requires an undertaking and an additional charge of Rs. 200/-.
February and March fees must be paid simultaneously by the 10th day of February.
"Other & Annual charges" must be paid with fees payable in April.
Timings: 8 AM to 12 Noon (Working Days). Summer Vacation: 8 AM to 10 AM.

General Fee Info

Admission Fee is payable once at the time of admission.

Monthly fees and transport charges are provisional.

Fee is exclusive of other charges. Please keep receipts for record.
